FirstRoot Account Verification

FirstRoot Account Verification

When you finish the Sign Up process in the FirstRoot app, you should get an email with a link to verify your new account.

For some users, our verification email can go to the SPAM folder or even worse, not show at all!

But don't worry! There's an easy fix for this. Follow the instructions below to get the verification email and all future FirstRoot emails directly in your inbox.
  1. Send an email to: app.support@firstroot.co
  2. Add this in the subject line: [ASSIST-VERIFY] Account verification needed
  3. Put anything you'd like in the body of the email or simply leave it blank.
  4. Hit send!
By emailing us and reading our automatic reply, you are letting your inbox know that you want to see future emails from FirstRoot.

You will receive your account verification email within a few minutes.  If you don't receive your verification email or have other issues logging in, just reply to our original response or look for the live chat tool on the bottom left of https://firstroot.co/ or https://support.firstroot.co/portal/ .  One of our support staff will respond to help you out.
